Approved Managers Register

Every licensed premises that is required to have an approved manager must also have an approved manager register. This document must be available for inspection by an Investigator (OLGR) or Police Officer at any time.

Don't get caught out!

Penalties are:

Section 155AE (1)
Failure to produce/keep an approved managers register

 $1000

Section 155AE (2)
Licensee/permittee fail to keep/produce copies of approved manager's RMLV/RSA certificates

 $1000

Section 155AE (3)
Approved Manager fails to enter details in the register

 $1000
