Gaming Variance Analysis (GVA)
It is a legal obligation that Gaming Machine Venues maintain accurate paperwork, records and reports as required by Office of Liquor & Gaming Regulation (OLGR) and the Gaming Machine Act (1991).
The Academy has developed this course, which is aimed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to perform gaming machine financial reporting and analysis. Participants in this course will need to have experience in daily data entry procedures and be fully competent in daily Electronic Gaming Machine operations. OLGR regulatory reporting and end of month procedures will be covered within the course content. On completion of this course the participant will gain confidence in machine variance identification, cause, effect, remediation, reporting and documentation retention.
