Natalie Kibble has worked in some Australia's largest hotel groups over 14 years. Natalie has a great deal of human resource management experience specialising in award interpretation & remuneration, apprenticeships/traineeship programs and funding opportunities, induction programs, customer service programs, industrial relations advice, performance management, regulatory compliance, recruitment and selection, project management and administration.

Natalie is undertaking special projects for The Academy including development of our on-line learning management system.

Natalie holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training.
