Lost Certification - RSA, RSG, CLO or other courses

Responsible Service of Alcohol - RSA certificates expire three years from the date of course completion. Responsible Service of Gaming, Customer Liaison Officer and other general courses do not have an expiry date*. The Academy has copies of RSA certificates and Statement of Attainments for RSG courses from 1st of July 2008. If you would like a copy please call the office on 07 3801 4131 and we can email, fax or post one to you.  We require your full name, training date, training location, who paid for the course. 

*subject to change to according to Government Legislation

PLEASE NOTE: The Academy is a Queensland based company, we have only delivered courses in Queensland and only recently (from Nov 09) delivered RSA/RCG courses in Tweed Heads (NSW).
