Responsible Attitudes and Service of Alcohol (RSA) Program - Beneficial in Many Ways

I was invited by the Academy as part of their Responsible Attitudes and Service of Alcohol Program to Senior Students QLD, to speak with students from Morayfield State High School. I was given the opportunity to speak with the students first to discuss opportunities for employment in the club industry along with the expectations of patrons at a licensed venue which included topics such as laws, fines and the consequences that go with them.

Responsible Attitudes and Service of Alcohol (RSA) Program delivered to senior school students

I am very excited that we finally had a chance to deliver some education to our young people about the reality of soon becoming of legal age and being able to enter licensed premises. I arrived early to sit in on the course, which is always great value, even though I have completed this course myself several times there is always something else to learn, the training that Senior Trainer, Patty White delivers and the manner in which she addresses her class, regardless of age&

Empowering Our Young People

The Responsible Attitudes and Service of Alcohol (RSA) Program is an important response to the contemporary challenges faced by young people. The RSA Program provides young people with not only an important qualification to assist them with finding employment in the hospitality industry but also teaches young people key lessons about interactions with alcohol. Responsible service of alcohol goes hand-in-hand with responsible consumption of alcohol. The RSA Program encourages and develops both of those responsibilities.
